How accurate are the AI-generated answers?

Is my data used to train AI models?
Never. Your data — policies, documents, questionnaire responses — is never used to train any AI model, including our own. Each customer's knowledge base is fully isolated. We are SOC 2 Type II certified and undergo annual third-party security audits.
What file formats do you support?
We support Excel (.xlsx, .xls), CSV, Word (.docx), and PDF uploads. We also offer native integrations with Loopio, RFP360, and Salesforce. For enterprise customers, we offer a REST API for direct integration with any existing workflow.
How long does setup take?
Most teams are live within one day. You connect your knowledge sources (Confluence, Notion, Google Drive, or file uploads), run a test questionnaire, and the AI is ready. Our onboarding team provides a guided session for all Growth and Enterprise plans.
Can I customize the answer tone and style?
